A retrofit project plan for a fictional building firm, drawn with the new Proportion Bar in range mode. The main chart turns on One Row Per Segment, so each trade gets its own Gantt row against twelve numbered weeks, with the crew name inside the bar; a second single-track range shows when the owners can stay at home, with its legend reading the weeks straight from the start and length. Each segment has a start week and a length in weeks, so moving a trade is two numbers. Colours are set per segment (brand for the firm, a darker mix for trades, outline for the test), and two Stat figures with a left rule sit beside the second chart.
