A services index for a landscape design-and-build firm: six numbered rows with a one-line promise, typical timescale, from price and an arrow, with one row shown in its hover style and the main service opened on a brand flood with an image and what is included. It is built from standard Divs using the advanced grid layout at every breakpoint, so timescale and price keep their own column on desktop and drop under the promise on phones. To open a different row, move the flood Div and the detail block to it and swap its arrow for the filled minus circle; the hover row (raised background, brand title, filled arrow) is static, so copy its styles into real hover states if you want them live.
