Notes

A document library for a parish council: a Pill Group of document types with counts in a narrow rail, and a column of document cards where the details of each file (format, size, pages, date) are a Spec Rows list beside the title. The featured Neighbourhood Plan card is brand-flooded, so its Spec Rows label, value, note, divider and pill colours are all set to on-primary tokens; keep them in step if you change the flood. The pills are links rather than filters, so point each one at its own listing page and mark that page as Active; they wrap in the rail and scroll sideways at 767px and below. Each card stacks its details under the title from phone landscape.
