A downloads library for a housing co-op: a header with three quick stats, a featured handbook on a brand panel with a stacked-paper cover built from nested Divs, static filter pills, six resource cards showing file type, size, length and last update, and a request-a-resource line. It is all Divs, Headings and Text Links, so the pills do not filter anything; wire them to Phox Facets or swap the grid for a loop if the library changes often. Text on the brand panel uses the on-primary token so it stays readable in dark mode. The cards are flex columns, so the file details sit on the bottom edge even when descriptions run to different lengths.
