An animated mesh gradient behind a frosted panel — the one place a glass treatment is justified, because there is something moving behind it to be seen through. The mesh element owns the band's height at 700 and its own padding, so the copy centres inside it without a wrapper. All the panel's type is a ground mix so it survives whatever the mesh does underneath, and the gradient itself is built from brand tokens rather than picked colours.
