Two pills instead of one — navigation in the wide one, the account actions in a narrow one beside it, with the shell's own horizontal gap holding them apart. It is the arrangement to reach for when the actions must not look like navigation, and it degrades cleanly: the narrow pill is hidden from tablet portrait down, by which point the off-canvas panel is carrying the same two items at the bottom of its Custom Area.
