The whole page is one band: the Animated Background owns the height at 760 and its own padding, so the frosted panel centres inside it without a wrapper. It is the one context where a glass treatment is justified, because there is something moving behind it to be seen through. The promise of exactly one email is worth making explicitly — it is the only thing on the page asking the visitor for something.
