Notes

A data story for a food co-op: a ten by ten waffle where each square is £1 of a typical £100 shop, beside a ruled key that gives the amounts. The waffle is a Proportion Bar in waffle mode with its own legend switched off, because the key beside it carries the descriptions and large amounts; the five values fill the squares in order and the fifth uses the hollow outline slot. Keep the values adding up to 100 and change the key when a figure changes. The palette is set to site tokens so it follows dark mode, and the cell size is set larger than the card so the grid fills the card width at every breakpoint.
