A team section where the portraits are the content and the note underneath explains the staffing model, which is the thing a prospective client is actually trying to work out. Every cell in the grid is an identical image-plus-caption Div so there is no per-cell border or padding to mismatch, and the image element steps from 300 to 250 on phones rather than holding a desktop height.
