The commonest about-us shape done properly: two paragraphs of real position on the left, and four ruled principles opposite rather than four icon cards. Ruled rows carry a numbered index and no border to keep in step, so the block reads as a contents page and there is nothing for the cell-consistency check to catch. The left column's gutter collapses to zero when the row stacks.
