AUTUMN COHORT CLOSES 14 OCTOBER

Twelve weeks. Then a job, or your money back.

Full-time, in person, in Nottingham. Four days a week with tutors who still write code for a living, and a fifth day building something real.

THE TWELVE WEEKS

What you actually do, week by week.

No pre-recorded videos. Every session is live, in the room, with sixteen people and two tutors.
BLOCK ONE

Weeks 1–3 · Foundations

HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the command line. By Friday of week one you have deployed something.
BLOCK TWO

Weeks 4–6 · The back end

Node, Postgres, REST and authentication. You will break a database and then fix it.
BLOCK THREE

Weeks 7–9 · Working like a team

React, testing, code review and Git in anger. Standups, tickets and a real branch strategy.
BLOCK FOUR

Weeks 10–12 · The final build

Three weeks on one project for a real client, presented to a room of hiring managers.
FEES & FUNDING

Three ways to pay, one of them after you are hired.

UP FRONT

£7,900

Paid before the cohort starts. The cheapest option by about nine hundred pounds.
MONTHLY

£740 × 12

Twelve payments starting the month the cohort starts. No interest, no credit check.
AFTER YOU ARE HIRED

9% for 2 years

Nothing until you earn over £26,000. Capped at £10,600 in total, and it stops if you stop working.
If you do not have a developer job within nine months of graduating, and you have met the terms of the guarantee, we refund the fee in full. The terms are two pages long and we will send them before you apply.

“I was managing a pub. Fourteen months later I am a back-end developer on twice the money, and I still do not entirely believe it.”

WHO IT IS FOR

Mostly people changing career.

ENTRY

No degree required

Half our graduates do not have one. We care about the aptitude test and the interview, not your transcript.
COMMITMENT

You will need to be here

Four days a week in Nottingham for twelve weeks. This is not something to fit around a full-time job.
BEFORE YOU START

Some preparation first

Around forty hours of set work before week one, which we send as soon as you are offered a place.
QUESTIONS

Asked at every open evening.

We take sixteen and usually see around ninety applications. The aptitude test is the main filter and you can sit it twice.

Tell us in the application. We occasionally start people at week four, but not often, and never at week seven.

Yes, and it is the part we are proudest of. CV work, mock interviews, and introductions to the ninety-odd employers who have hired from us.

There are four fully-funded places per cohort. Ask us before you apply and we will tell you honestly whether you would qualify.

The next open evening is Thursday 2 October.

Come and meet the tutors, sit in on a session and talk to people halfway through the course. No commitment and no sales pitch.
