The postcode takes you to the village hall, not to us. Carry on past it for two miles and turn right at the green milk churn; the lane is signed Larchgate Farm. We send a map and a short video of the last mile when you book.
Yes. It was resurfaced in 2025 and there are three passing places. In snow we meet you at the churn with the tractor and bring the luggage up.
Of course. Let us know on the day and we will leave the porch light on and the heating up. The key safe works at any hour.
A full-size oven and hob, fridge with a freezer drawer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière and enough pans for a roast. There is a welcome box of farm eggs, milk, bread and butter.
Hazel and Rowan have stair gates, a travel cot and a high chair. The farmyard is a working one, so we ask that children are with an adult outside the garden walls.
Your deposit is refunded in full up to eight weeks before arrival. After that we refund anything we manage to rebook, less a £40 fee.
