Most homes on a street we already serve are live within 10 working days. If we need to lay a new line up your drive, allow three to four weeks and we will book the dig with you first.
Yes, for about two hours. The engineer fits a small box where the line comes through the wall, sets up the router and checks the speed in the room you use most.
Orange means the router has power but cannot see the line. Check the grey cable is clicked in at both ends, then restart the router. Still orange after ten minutes? Message us and we will test the line from here.
Yes. Give us the number when you order and we move it across on your go-live day. Calls then run through the router, so plug your phone into the port marked Tel.
Thick stone walls are common round here and they slow Wi‑Fi down. If a room is patchy, we lend you a mesh point free for a month so you can see whether it helps before you buy one.

Bills and your account

About a week after you go live. It covers the part month plus the month ahead, so it is usually a little higher than the bills that follow.
The standard plan runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. The 12-month plan is £4 a month cheaper and has no exit fee if you move somewhere we cannot reach.
Send us your new address and a moving date. If our network reaches the new place we move you across free; if not, we close the account on the day you leave.
Yes. Add a second account holder from your account page, or ring us with them on the line and we will set it up during the call.
By Direct Debit on any date from the 1st to the 28th. You can change the date once a month from your account page and the next bill moves with it.
