The job
You will work alongside our head brewer, Mo, and one other brewer on a 20-barrel kit, brewing four or five times a week. Some days that is mashing in at six; others it is cleaning fermenters, racking casks and checking gravities. It is physical work, and nobody here minds explaining a thing twice.

✓
Clean and sanitise vessels, lines and the cask washer
✓
Rack beer into casks and kegs, and keep the cellar log accurate
✓
Take gravity and temperature readings and flag anything odd
✓
Help with the Saturday tap room once a month, paid as overtime

— To lift a full firkin with a partner
— Early starts that suit you, not just tolerate
USEFUL, NOT ESSENTIAL
