Phox Vault Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Phox Vault ("we", "our", or "the Plugin"), developed by Phox Elements,
collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our WordPress plugin.
What is Phox Vault?
Phox Vault is a WordPress plugin that allows users to save, organise, and sync design templates created
in the Breakdance page builder. Templates can optionally be synced to your personal Google Drive account
for access across multiple websites.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Template Data: Design elements, sections, and layouts you choose to save to your library
- Template Metadata: Names, descriptions, and categories you assign to saved templates
- Thumbnail Images: Preview images generated from your saved templates
Information from Third-Party Services
When you connect Google Drive:
- Google Account Email: Used to identify your connected account
- OAuth Tokens: Encrypted tokens to maintain your Google Drive connection
We do not access or store your Google password.

We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Access any Google Drive files outside the app's private folder
- Share your templates with other users (unless you explicitly choose to)
Google Drive Integration
What We Access
Phox Vault uses Google Drive's Application Data Folder (drive.appdata scope).
This means:
- We can only access a private, hidden folder specific to Phox Vault
- We cannot see, read, or modify your personal Google Drive files
- We cannot access your documents, photos, or other Drive content
What We Store in Google Drive
- Your saved templates (JSON format)
- Template thumbnails (base64 encoded images)
- Category information
Data Location
Your template data is stored:
- Locally: In your WordPress database on your web server
- In Google Drive (if connected): In your personal Google Drive storage, counting against your storage quota
Data Security
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database
- All communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS encryption
- Template data is only accessible by authenticated WordPress administrators
- We do not transmit your data to any servers other than Google Drive (when sync is enabled)
Data Retention
- Local Data: Stored until you delete items or uninstall the plugin
- Google Drive Data: Stored until you delete items or disconnect Google Drive
- OAuth Tokens: Removed when you disconnect Google Drive
Your Rights and Choices
Access Your Data
View all saved templates in your WordPress admin under Phox Vault.
Delete Your Data
- Individual items: Delete via the Phox Vault interface
- All local data: Uninstall the plugin (optionally delete all data)
- Google Drive data: Use "Disconnect Google Drive" or delete via Google Drive settings
Disconnect Google Drive
Go to Phox Vault → Settings → Disconnect Google Drive to revoke access.
You can also revoke access at
Google Account Permissions.
Export Your Data
Use Phox Vault → Settings → Export to download all your templates as a JSON file.
Third-Party Services
Google Drive API
When you connect Google Drive, your data is also subject to
Google's Privacy Policy.
Your Web Hosting Provider
Local template data is stored in your WordPress database, subject to your hosting provider's policies.
Children's Privacy
Phox Vault is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from
children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by
updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through the plugin interface.
