Last Updated: January 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Phox Vault ("we", "our", or "the Plugin"), developed by Phox Elements, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our WordPress plugin.

What is Phox Vault?

Phox Vault is a WordPress plugin that allows users to save, organise, and sync design templates created in the Breakdance page builder. Templates can optionally be synced to your personal Google Drive account for access across multiple websites.

  • We cannot see, read, or modify your personal Google Drive files
  • We cannot access your documents, photos, or other Drive content

What We Store in Google Drive

  • Your saved templates (JSON format)
  • Template thumbnails (base64 encoded images)
  • Category information

Data Location

Your template data is stored:

  1. Locally: In your WordPress database on your web server
  2. In Google Drive (if connected): In your personal Google Drive storage, counting against your storage quota

Data Security

  • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database
  • All communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS encryption
  • Template data is only accessible by authenticated WordPress administrators
  • We do not transmit your data to any servers other than Google Drive (when sync is enabled)

Data Retention

  • Local Data: Stored until you delete items or uninstall the plugin
  • Google Drive Data: Stored until you delete items or disconnect Google Drive
  • OAuth Tokens: Removed when you disconnect Google Drive
