Create any design in a global block and then stack them up!
The custom stacking card elements allows you to add your own designs to the cards. Create a global block for each card you want to use and then put the shortcodes of those blocks into the element.

Custom Stacking Cards v2 is now available which allows you to use the Global Block picker instead of using shortcodes. Shortcode version is still available to maintain support for sites using that version.
